Product engineer

In this role, you:
• Determination of product design and specifications
• Initiating engineering change request
• Commissioned designs, develop design ideas, undertake studies and design sketches, according to CAD information and / or line plans and technical specifications for customer support
• The improvements to existing products regarding quality and cost reduction and the implementation of changes and customer support to implement activities (support VA / VE)
• Co-guide, including information, guidance of the CAD engineer on the development of assignments.
• Supporting studies of tolerance, strength, drive, transmission, etc., to assess production feasibility, materials and new applications in the extended supply chain.
• Technical support for production, testing of proto-types that he designed
• R@R (process qualifications and specifications)
• Provide/modify product documentation for production of new projects and changes
• Document control of standardized CAD drawings
• Initiation of product FMEA and participation
• Participating on 8D and problem solving
• Participation for product and component troubleshooting
• Value stream mapping
