Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

◦Responsibility for ensuring a sustainable leasing of our objects
◦Management and controlling of our local property management
◦Implementing financial, business, and management strategies as well as tactics for the respective asset
◦Creation of regular reports regarding the performance of the respective assets
◦Organization and execution of viewings with potential clients as well as supporting existing tenants
◦Dealing with technical and legal requests
◦Cash-flow and portfolio optimization of existing assets as well as budget control
◦Development and maintenance of relationships with leasing agents and retailers
◦Communication and collaboration with our Asset Management team on business wide initiatives
◦Contribution to process improvement initiatives
◦Responsibility for shopping center and STOP.SHOPs

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

•Completed commercial education with a special focus on real estate
•4 - 8 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position in the real estate sector
•Very good know-how of the local retail market
•Technical, financial and legal know-how
•Experience of setting high level asset strategies
•Basics of valuation
•Leadership experience is an advantage
•Excellent Slovak and English knowledge
•Optimistic and enthusiastic team player
•Excellent interpersonal and communication as well as strong math and analytical skills
•Ability to establish and maintain positive and professional business relationships
