Job description, responsibilities and duties
You are a skilled and experienced Technical Manager and you play a pivotal role in ensuring the running operation of an organization's technical assets. With a strong foundation in technical know-how, you lead the maintenance team in executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance procedures in area of maintenance. You will develop long-term plans and strategy in technical area, manage budgets, and align technical activities with overall business goals. In this role, you will have a range of responsibilities:
• Leading and developing the technical team (maintenance and facility services)
• Set up the long term strategy and short term tactical implementation in area of maintenance to ensure optimal performance of machine in industrial setting
• Leading and optimizing procurement of indirect materials, spare parts, tools and services
• Tools and spare parts warehouse management
• Implementation of measures regarding to health and safety
• Secure continuous improvement of machinery technical availability
• Deploy preventive and predictive maintenance via CMMS.
• Preparing the budget for the upcoming fiscal year (FY) and business plans in are of technical agenda
• Facility, infrastructure and vehicles management
• Managing and overseeing corrective measures in technical area to ensure the attainment of planned objectives.
• Overseeing the development of team members based on the skill matrix and individual development plans
