ABOUT THE JOB

Is communication your passion? Would you like to learn and implement the unique concept in building long-term trust in the IKEA brand? Then you´re the right person!

We are looking for a communication enthusiast and an IKEA fan, who can support us in developing communication, building the IKEA brand position and in our overall vision of “creating a better everyday life for the many people”.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• You will participate in developing and executing both Corporate and Commercial communication plans based on existing strategies and business needs in the country and CZHUSK region as well.
• You will create communication materials and packages.
• You will support the store through internal communication activities and develop Internal communication in the country.
• You will develop and strengthen relationships with various stakeholders (journalists, bloggers, partners, etc.).
• You will be responsible for the communication project implementation in the country.

ABOUT YOU

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
• You have started your PR career and you have 1-3 years’ experience in PR and communication.
• You are a good communicator; verbally and in writing in local language.
• Your written and spoken English language is on a good level.
• You have an ability to understand the audience/target group’s needs and issues.
• You have an interest in home furnishing and people’s everyday life at home.
• You have project management and organizational skills and experience with attention to detail.
• You act as a role model for the IKEA values.
