* Programming of Java application deployed in core infrastructure of global telco operator
* Application has to run in 24/7 mode and will be severely stressed (significant number of req/s)
* Math part: ability to understand mathematical model which maps customer's business logic into rules using domain-specific language (so called Rule Engine)
* Rule Engine - in a nutshell it is an alternate notation of extensive (~30M lines) if-then-else decision tree into a more effective, condensed form (~9k lines in a domain-specific language)
