Are you a quality-driven leader ready to take the next step in your career across a dynamic, international region?

We are looking for an experienced Regional Quality Manager to lead and develop our quality team in Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. This is a strategic role focused on people leadership, process improvement, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction through quality excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, support, and inspire local quality teams across PL, CZ, and SK.
  • KPI Management: Monitor, track, and drive improvements in key quality indicators across the region.
  • Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customer service teams to ensure satisfaction and effectively resolve any quality issues.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in production processes to enhance both efficiency and quality.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular quality reports, including KPIs and corrective actions, to the management team.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with the Central Quality Manager in developing and executing quality strategies and initiatives across the region.
