Oracle HCM Trainee

Our Oracle HCM Service Line is a dynamic team who engages with clients to bring them deep industry expertise. It helps clients to identify opportunities to use information technology more effective, generating new intelligence and thereby improving their business performance and creating competitive advantage.
The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm around Human Capital platforms and basic knowledge of Oracle HCM.

Your Role and Responsibilities :
Understands the business requirements, captures functional and technical requirements, translates them into the Oracle HCM module requirements and integrates requirements with other functional and technical teams.
Leads the analysis and design in the HCM area in close cooperation with the client’s business teams.
Configures the system, tests the solution with users
Provides user training
Supports cutover and stabilizes the solution, provides post go-live support
Technical Tasks include BI Publisher Reports/Integrations, Approval Workflows, Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts
Create appropriate documentation such as requirements, detailed analysis, technical documentation or user guides
Participation in the development of proof of concepts for use during sales engagement process

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Support Oracle HCM Consultants in international implementation projects
Interlock with other functional and technical teams to streamline communication and project implementation.
Supports the analysis and design in the HCM area in close cooperation with the client’s business teams.
May be included in design or testing with users or provides post go-live support
Draft appropriate documentation such as requirements, detailed analysis, technical documentation or user guides
You will be closely cooperating with senior Oracle HCM Consultants

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Education in IT area, ideally connected to cloud platforms.
Enthusiasm to develop skills in Oracle HCM
Previous working experience in an international project based environment is an advantage
Ability to work independently

What can you expect of us?
Salary 1400 EUR gross for full time and 700 EUR gross for part time position
