Senior SAP HCM Consultant

As a Senior SAP HCM Consultant you will:

- Be a part of a dynamic team that engages with clients to bring them deep industry expertise.
- Be a part of a team that helps clients identify opportunities to use information technology more effective, generating new intelligence and thereby improving their business performance and creating competitive advantage.

You should bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

- At least 3 years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant
- Experience leading global/multi-country rollouts and implementations
- Experience running workshops
- Client interfacing
- Ability to lead a team
- Certified in SAP HCM modules such as OM PA, Payroll, Time, Benefits, ESS/MSS or other HCM component
- Experience in implementing /support interfaces with other SAP or non-SAP systems
- Understanding new business strategies providing recommendations for automated solutions to support new strategies
- Working with the business users from all regions to define the scope and gather business requirements
- Providing conceptual and detailed design to meet business needs
- Testing and rollout of the final product
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent English language skills,
- French or German language is a plus
- SAP HCM ABAP experience is a plus
