Transaction Coordinator

Key responsibilities include:
The scope of Global Loaner and Trial Coordinator role main tasks include but are not limited to:
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local and global stakeholders
• Ensuring the delivery of agreed service within the limits set by policy and/or GEO/Global organization guidance.
• Working on request which are submitted in our main tool GLTAMT (Maximo).
• Performing all checks and ensuring transactions are within process guidelines
• Supporting related global projects in local conditions (scope changes, Global CIO initiatives, participating in compliance projects etc.)
• Working with IBM internal organizations to ensure planned tasks will be performed (e.g. orders will be placed etc.).
• Coordinating return process of loan/failed trial assets w/ Geodis (logistic partner).
• Establishing, that loaned / trialed assets will be installed w/ help of TSS
• Delivering on all major GLT EMEA KPIs
• Escalation process for impact
• Supporting ongoing audits


Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
• English: Fluent.
• French: Basics/Advanced (B1-C2) is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and client facing skills.
• Must be creative with issue resolution.
• Ability to understand the requirement/problem and seek for solution.
• Team Player with an ability to cooperate within and across teams and work in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in similar position is an advantage


Minimum starting salary is 1.400 EUR /month, offered salary depends on candidate's experience.
