Your Role and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting the project management team in the creation of proposals for external clients and registering, billing, pricing, and invoicing clients for won client proposals.
• Create contracts based on close cooperation with the sales department.
• Drive customer satisfaction and sales productivity through timely and complete responses to inquiries and pro-active problem resolution.
• Build relationships with existing internal and external customers, understand customer expectations and support these through appropriate communication and action.
• Execute new processes to support changing business requirements.
• Work in a very collaborative environment across boundaries, participating in special projects, productivity initiatives, various meetings, and conference calls.
• We are looking for an analytical, communicative, and proactive person who would like to build a career in project management.
• Provide full transparency regarding the project/program execution in terms of budget, timelines, scope, and quality status
• Further developing the project governance process for BI & Analytics with the objective to maximize solution quality and project success
• Refining PM/PMO framework based on Agile / Scrum methodology

Position is in Bratislava, Kosice or Banska Bystrica.

Since our organization is supporting a variety of international projects (mostly within EU), travel can take up to 0-60% or 3-4 days a week (home on weekends – based on project requirements).
