Product Owner

Your Role and Responsibilities :
You own the overall solution roadmap and client (internal/external) relationships and collaborate with cross-discipline teams to deliver the most innovative automation solution to our clients. Among your activities and responsibilities, you will:
Develop the strategy, plan, and documentation for automation projects, including objectives, scope, high level and detail plans, roadmap, roles & responsibilities, and success criteria across multiple countries
Understand the client’s business strategy, goals and target segments and adapt rollout of solution accordingly
Manage complex projects in support of delivering the Automation solution
Be accountable for the overall user experience and success of your Automation solution
Define user experiences that are compelling and competitive and work towards MVP’s aligned to agreed customer / business outcomes
Track solution performance, understanding value drivers, and making informed decisions to continuously accelerate value delivery

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
Proven track record (3+ years) in project management
Solid understanding of solution-based delivery
Liaising/negotiating with internal and external stakeholders at different levels is second nature to you
