Monitoring Specialist

AccessHub project in IBM is one of the key initiatives, it brings "who has what" data into a single location.
AccessHub is a milestone in online access, security and control for IBMers. The AccessHub initiative, sponsored and directed by the office of the CIO, is being undertaken to help standardize the access management experience for all types of users across the global IBM enterprise.

Required experience/skills:
- Have knowledge of Xpath/API/HTTP, Cookie, Cache etc would be an added advantage.
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Work and Communication under pressure / client focus
- Detailed oriented, focus on high quality of work to avoid future problems
- Collaborative approach and ability to share with global team members lessons learned and blockers
- Document and ensure communication of key risks
- Recommend ways to control or reduce risk
- Ability to assess the risk
- Gather risk related data from internal and external resources
- Produce reports or presentations that outline findings, explain risk positions or recommended changes
- Good analytical and prioritization skills
- Ability to learn fast the application logic and system functionalities
- Ability to drive and deliver e2e task
- Project management experience
- Testing experience
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Flexibility & Time management
- Excel – Advanced level


Nice to have:
- Participate in every aspect to understand the use cases, plan your testing, write test cases, and execute them and identify areas of improvement during the release
- Experience in understanding use case/functional stories and writing test cases, defect logging and test reporting.
- No coding skills required but nice to have – SQL, DB2, JSON
- Potential to grow into more technical role
