Service Delivery Specialist – Fresh Graduates Opportunity

Your Role and Responsibilities :

This opportunity is great for the fresh graduates. You would be responsible for maintaining and reviewing IT infrastructure solution construction, implementations, systems integration, and management.
Support and delivery of high-quality technical solutions to clients in response to their business requirements.
Tasks performed require knowledge of Multivendor hardware, software and network solutions in Cloud, Hybrid Cloud and legacy IT infrastructure environments.
He will work within IBM maintenance team and communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors and other partners.
It is expected that he will support IBM Services sales teams by applying his technical skills in the Multivendor environment.

What do you need for your success:

A Graduate professional with relevant experience 0-2 years after university graduation​

Bachelor or Master degree (Computer science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering)

Knowledge of hardware and infrastructure

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent English (B1) AND Slovak (C2)
- Eligibility to work in Slovakia

Salary starts from 1100 EUR, depeneds on candidate's experience.
