Are you ready for?

Being responsible for Management Property Control System for Physical Inventory Taking (PIT)
Facilitating, leading and conducting Trial/Loaner inventory validation in an efficient and complete manner
Conducting and supporting PIT’s across all IBM Geographies and Divisions, with country focal points and their appropriate teams, with an eye for asset control issues/risk
Ensuring compliance by advising and supervisory on the loan & trial process
Managing asset changes for respective PIT’s
Maintaining an effective controls program, achieving satisfactory results on all of them
Effectively coordinating and reporting PIT results, conducting investigations where needed
Submitting write-off request, as needed, ensuring proper approvals of WW Property Control Manager are obtained
Following up on all action plans of completed PIT’s to confirm all write-offs or associated actions are completed
Preparing and recording all necessary PIT documentation
Building relationships with Opportunity Owners
Preparing Ad Hoc reports and supporting various audit and business control requests
Participating in critical initiatives, including Maximo tool enhancement & fine tuning
Implementing New Brand and acquisition rollouts


What do you need for your success?

Intermediate Business English (B2); second language is an advantage
Good Excel spreadsheet knowledge
Leadership skills, ability to take ownership
Ability to navigate through complex processes and overcome obstacles
Good Communication and Negotiation skills
Teamwork in a multilingual/cultural environment
Business acumen; ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly
Flexibility to business demands
Presentation experience (both preparation and execution)
Customer Fulfilment/Operations knowledge is an advantage
Fix Asset Accounting knowledge would be advantage.
