Treasury Europe Capital Structure Professional

Role:
As a member of the IBM Treasury Capital Structure team you will be responsible for analysing the balance sheet and earnings of entities and proposing actions to maximize profit repatriation to the ultimate parent entity, IBM Corporation. This requires an understanding of the business needs, country requirements and access to funding. It is the responsibility of the capital structure team to maximize cash repatriation while considering free cash flow, risk mitigation, debt optimization, leverage and liquidity.
Close communication and coordination with the country CFOs, local legal and tax as well as the corporate headquarters legal, tax and treasury teams is imperative to ensure proper approvals, documentation and compliance to bring actions to completion.
