Financial Analyst for Procurement – French speaker

IBM Finance organization is an integral part of the IBM Corporation. Finance covers every geography and business unit within IBM and is the "knowledge behind the numbers" that are presented quarterly and annually to the global financial community. We are considered a key player in driving the success of our company and a strategic financial advisor to the business.

The Job role includes the following tasks:

• Delivery of headcount and expense forecast for procurement organization

• Keeping track on Headcount for procurement organization, analyze actual status versus forecast

• Keeping track of Expenses for procurement organization, analyze actual status versus forecast

• Monitoring Gross spending of procurement organization during closing periods until the values are final, checking and addressing out of line actuals

• Submission of Intercompany and Intracompany recoveries for services provided by procurement organization

• Regular preparation and review with Market Leader status on Headcounts and expense

• Ad hoc support to Regional Finance management

• Procurement department structure maintenance

Requirements:

• 2 + years of experience in Finance area - experience in a large international company preferred
• Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business/Management/Economics
• Fluent English required
• Proficiency in French necessary
• Strong logical and analytical skills together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving approach
