European Talent Acquisition Specialist

European Talent Search Team based in Bratislava is currently looking for a new team member. Someone who is passionate about recruitment, comes up with new ideas, is happy to try new ways of working and challenges the status quo.
You will be responsible for managing the critical initial step of the recruitment process - based on the discussion with hiring managers, your market experience and your own investigation about the role, you will define the strategy to target, attract and engage the top talent.
Our team acts as an IBM internal recruitment agency headhunting niche skilled professionals in biggest markets in Europe and is part of wider global Talent Acquisition set up. We are an innovative team that will encourage and allow you to create, test, and drive different sourcing strategies, methodologies, tactical practices, tools, technologies.
This role will suit someone who has worked in a recruitment /human resources field and is comfortable working in an international and virtual environment.


Your main responsibilities
• Develop a consultative partnership with Hiring Managers and in-house Recruiters to set the strategic direction for sourcing and recruitment efforts on job profiles and requirements (i.e. compensation, geography) and market trends (i.e. supply and demand of target profile)
• Perform research / searching using advanced techniques on passive talent through social media, job boards, our CRM and external networks across multiple regions
• Identify, screen and attract the talent by selling the IBM opportunity and IBM values
• Will be targeted on the number of placements made as well as on the quality of candidates sourced
• Utilize social media to help market roles, attract talent and build online communities of target candidates

Qualifications and skills:
• Master’s degree; demonstrated interest in Human Resources/Recruitment field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience either in an agency or in-house recruiting
• Self-starter able to take ownership for assigned tasks
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Proven ability to cultivate strong business relationships and work within a collaborative environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail required
• Professionally manages information of a confidential nature
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent English is required, other European language is an advantage
• Self-development mindset
Nice to have
• Experience of social media sourcing and recruitment campaigns
• International working experience
