IBM IS NOW HIRING Payroll Administrator for SlovakiaPayroll administrator is part of small Payroll specialists team within larger HR Operation Team, located in Apollo building in Bratislava.
We are looking for a candidate, having relevant 1 or 2 years payroll experience. Candidate needs to have good Slovak payroll knowledge, knowledge in terms of Slovak law (taxes, labor code...)
Candidate needs to speak intermediate English, being able to work with excel.
The main part of the work consist of coordinating data inputs from HR Administrator for one legal entity. Working with the data, cross checking the data and creating data Input to the Payroll vendor - during the Payroll cycle. Being responsible for correctness, accuracy, timeliness of the payroll data. Providing assistance for clarification toward vendor requests. Providing assistance when performing RZD. Being responsible and compliant with internal business controls rules, policies and guidances.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 1 year experience in Payroll
At least 2 years experience in Operating in a complex matrix work environment
