Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- neustále zlepšuje výrobné procesy, spolupracuje s ostatnými oddeleniami na vývoji
a optimalizácii výrobných procesov, zavádza zmeny na základe vypracovaných analýz
- zabezpečuje nábeh výroby s cieľom dosiahnuť nulovú úroveň nepodarkov
- podporuje tím zákazníka v technických otázkach, rieši a objasňuje technické otázky zo strany
zákazníka
- zúčastňuje sa na pravidelných AEKO poradách, zodpovedá za vytváranie a udržovanie
nevyhnutnej dokumentácie v súlade s normou ISO/TS 16949:2002,VDA 4(PFMEA, Pracovné
postupy, Flowcharty,TPM, Procesné mapy a pod.)
- optimalizuje a štandardizuje výrobné procesy (zavádza POKA-YOKE, KAI-ZEN výsledkov atď.)
- pravidelne podáva správy o stave zverených úloh svojmu nadriadenému
- pracuje s výkresmi (porovnáva skutočný stav s výkresovou špecifikáciou, vytvára potrebné
skice a podklady do prezentácií atď.)
- vykonáva podľa potreby i ďalšie práce podľa pokynov nadriadených v rámci druhu práce
dohodnutého v pracovnej zmluve
a optimalizácii výrobných procesov, zavádza zmeny na základe vypracovaných analýz

Engineer in business engineering, chemistry, machinery or mechanics or equivalent through experience.
· 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, of which 3 years in a quality related position in a multinational environment
· Extensive knowledge of advanced quality planning and product validation tools (APQP, PPAP, VDA6,…) and of customer requirements.
· Good working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9000, IATF 16949, VDA6,…).
· Basic knowledge of VA/VE and TPM
· Good communication skills.
· Excellent team player
· Fluent in English. Fluency in two European languages is recommended.
· Excellent Computer Literacy including MS-Office, MS-Project, Lotus Notes,…
