Accountant and Controlling specialist

Role & job description

We are currently looking for experienced Accountant and Controlling specialist, who will join and support HMSK. Your job description will include as well:

· Warranty invoice booking / účtovanie garančných faktúr,

· Spare parts invoice booking/ účtovanie faktúr náhradných dielov,

· Intrastat reporting

· Monitoring , aging receivables/Monitoring splatnosti pohľadávok

· Issuing invoices for spare parts reimbursement/ Vystavovanie faktúr za náhradné diely

· Preparation settlement with dealers/Príprava zápočtov pre dílerskú sieť

· Asset accounting/ Účtovanie majetku

· Bank accounting/ Účtovanie banky

· Monthly closing support (reclass recycle fund, free services, financing, accrual for warranties)/ podpora pri mesačných uzavierkových prácach

· Control of interest on invoices from factory/kontrola úrokov na faktúrach z fabriky

· Periodic check of outgoing invoices for cars/pravidelná konrola odberateľkých faktúr za autá

· Other support for controlling and accounting department/iná podpora pre controllingové a účtovné oddelenie
