Are you looking for an interesting job in administration?
We are looking for an active and independent colleague with an eye for detail and responsibility to join our micro-team for the position of Logistics and Accounting Assistant. You will support our branch with your strong organizational skills and administrative experience . Daily communication in English and advanced command of MS office is natural for you.
Your main job activities:
• Invoicing and processing of received documents
• Payment’s preparation, implementation of payment processes
• Expenses evidence, recording and reporting
• Close cooperation with the accountant and preparation of the necessary documents
• Preparation of documents for the payroll department (processing attendance, salary
tapes, payroll documents)
• Purchase/logistics/sale of the part entrusted to you (communication with supplier
and customer)
• Purchase order by the expected product volume
• Ensuring the smooth running of the branch office, assistant duties and
administrative support for the branch office manager
• Organizing business meetings and presentation
• Data, record, assets, and security management
• Office work support to quality side
• Work with the lawyer and HQ
Personality and skills:
> Secondary school or university education – economy field
> English language B2
> Invoicing - basics
> MS office - advanced level
> At least 2 years of administrative experience
> Good reporting skills verbally and in writing
> SAP – of an advantage
> A reliable, friendly and respectful person with positive mind set, and a sense of responsibility
> Prompt and transparent work approach
