Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Labour relations legislation support of HR dpt., professional support of leaders and managers in personnel administration (strong and proven HR ability of candidate is a must)
• Employee relations activities participation
• Participation in HR strategy activities, staff stabilisation and HR vision policy
• Internal procedures and guidelines creation/actualization
• Department key man for general data protection reagulation agenda (administration activities related to HR dpt. responsibilities)
• Consulting and information providing of GDPR duties and responsibilities for data administrators nad processors, application of company lawyers recommendations to all company processes in GDPR agenda, data processors education
• Administration agenda of company evaluation process (KPI´s)
• Labour realation documents creations, contracts preparation
• Personnel stratistics, reports
• Other duties according to dpt. requirements

• Practice in HR administration – min. 3 years
• Proven knowledge of Labor law and relating regulations
• Experience with payroll activities
• IS Human - advantage
• Min. 1 year proven practice in GDPR agenda (as „the responsible person“ is not as a must)
• Personal integrity, responsiblity, precision, structural personality, persistency and asertivity in regulations applications, time management, goal orientation, team player, proactivity
