Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Communication with external payroll office (preparation of documents for salary calculation, executions and other deductions)
* Administration of sicknesses
* Warning letters process
* Termination process of direct employees (including data input in IS HUMAN)
* Amendments to working contracts
* Social fund administration (requests, payments)
* Meal tickets orders and payslips sorting
* Correspondence with courts, executors, policy and other parties (responding their requests)
* Preparing requests for approval
* Updates of organization chart
* Statistics and reporting from HR area
* Regular reports to HQ
* Other works upon the request of the manager

* Experience in HR in production company min. 3 years (automotive company is an advantage)
* High level knowledge of Labor Code and other related legislation
* Wages processing (experience with preparation of documents for salary calculation is a must)
