Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Are you independent, goal-oriented, able to motivate yourself for daily performance without the supervision of a superior?
  • Do you like to travel, are you dynamic, driven, and hungry for new challenges? Our shops are in Čadca, Žilina, Púchov, Považská Bystrica, Trenčín, Trnava.
  • Are you a good negotiator, and you strive on getting things done on time and correctly?
  • You are not afraid to put down your pen and literary “put clothes on hangers”
  • Do you have a communicative level of English?

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Hands-on involvement to ensure that all shops are well organized, providing pleasant atmosphere and special customer experience to each client;
  • Developing and engaging shop teams, managing their everyday activities and communicating with all on daily basis;
  • Managing properly the supplies and transportation in order to maximize the effectiveness and to minimize losses;
  • Developing and implementing the marketing strategy in the assigned area aiming at developing the client base and maximizing profit - Respecting the company concept to run;
  • Preparing and upholding the yearly budget, quarterly progress reports and business analysis;
  • Controlling and keeping costs within the assigned budget frames;
  • Securing the achievement of the commercial targets, with full budget responsibility.

  • Securing that all internal regulations and rules are respected;
  • Scouting potential expansion opportunities.

Who are we looking for:

  • You have more than 3 years retail experience and a sound interest in the field of fashion, experience in a similar position is an advantage.
  • You have managed a team of more than 5 people, preferably based in different locations
  • You have experience in visual merchandising, preferably in an international chain
  • You speak English fluently
  • You like to drive and enjoy extensive traveling (DL, class B required)
  • You have experience in preparing and reading budgets and KPIs
  • You are communicative person with sound interpersonal skills
  • Able to motivate teams and transmit messages.
  • Leadership skills and ability to train/lead sales techniques.
  • Knowledge in fashion is a plus; passion in fashion is a must.
