Job description, responsibilities and duties
Provide user support in 1st and 2nd level support
Support software deployment (ManageEngine) and monitor deployment processes
Contribute to and support TISAX certification activities (e.g., implementation of security requirements, documentation)
Administer and maintain our Microsoft Windows Server environment
Develop and enhance IT infrastructure within 2nd and 3rd level support
Participate in and execute IT projects (e.g., cloud migrations, introduction of new technologies)
Advise and support business departments in the use of mobile devices and IT systems
Support end users in working with Microsoft 365

Minimum education required
Educational Specialization
Language skills
Driving licence
Experience in the position/sector
Personality requirements and skills
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification
Experience in administering Windows environments
Affinity for modern security solutions
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and/or Azure cloud services
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Ideally, experience in database administration
Desirable: experience with Nutanix hypervisor
Hands-on mentality with the motivation to actively contribute ideas
