Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- checking expenses claiming form in the system and acknowledge in the system
- handle invoices of subcontractors
- print out invoices and send to customers, help with AR maintain send date in the system
- solving issues related to rejected invoices
- daily agenda connected with collection, factoring, customer requirements, bank guarantees from customers
- upload bank statements in MR system
- assist to prepare weekly cash plan in cooperation with ADM department
- filing documents of AP, AR, and other received documents
- perform internal compliance testing of AR, AP and treasury monthly
- Bank Reconciliations and support for SSC with payment details
- cooperation with shared service Centrum in Romania
- various reporting
