Job description, responsibilities and duties

Maintenance Manager:
• Plans, coordinates and manages the preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment (electrical, electronic and/or mechanical systems) and facilities
• Is in charge of the maintenance budget, energy consumption & reporting
• Orders and supervises equipment maintenance & repairs, including spare parts
• Ensures regular checks and preventive maintenance is carried out according to the plan
• Actively participates in quality checks and quality improvement
• Plans, assigns and checks activities of his staff and coordinates, supervises and evaluates their work

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Preferred education in chemical or mechanical engineering

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) and Hungarian - Intermediate (B1) and Slovak - Intermediate (B1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Outlook - Advanced
Microsoft Word - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• Experience with the machine and plant maintenance process is a must!
• English, Hungarian and Slovak - at least B1 level - all languages required!
• Experience from a manufacturing company in a similar position (wire production is an advantage)
• Experience with team management
• Knowledge of the process of setting up machines or introducing new technology into operation
• Experience with budget preparation and reporting
• Experience from quality management is an advantage
