Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our client is developing brand new products for premium customers. As a PAINT ENGINEER you will be a part of the technical center and you will be working among international teams of engineers specialized in product & manufacturing development process.
As PAINT ENGINEER, you will support development activities linked with development of paining process for new Projects.
Your main tasks will be to:
• Lead quotation/acquisition phase for paint process
• Lead paint design analysis of new products
• Responsible for the early development phase of project in cooperation with Plant Paint Process, supporting Problem Solving activities and Open points with Plant Paint team
• Lead paint metier topics, in cooperation with other paint groups members
• Ensure consistent knowledge sharing and transfer by leading/participating in paint networks, participating in R&I projects, analyzing the new Customer Standards and implementing in plants
