Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

· Processing of and allocation of payments
· Manage Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable ledger
· Taking responsibility for open balances
· Investigating and resolving queries so that they do not prevent prompt customer payment
· Ensuring efficient and timely collection of open customer invoices
· Issue credit notes or continue to pursue payment in line with etc.

Personality requirements and skills

· Accounting qualifications or a degree in business/economics
· 1-2 years of experience on similar position from an international/multilingual environment
· Fluent written and spoken French and English is must
· Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
· Accounting experience is a plus
· MS Office, SAP is a plus
· Very good communication skills, high level of customer service skills etc.
