What you’ll do:

Joining our Global Remote Services team as a Technical Solutions Graduate you will be providing remote service and technical guidance to our customers. Your focus will be on solving various business systems and applications problems, guiding onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Successfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user's contacts and proactive notification systems.
• Respond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement (warranty through mission-critical).
• Resolve incoming internal or external businesses and end user's problems via telephone and e-support.
• Articulate both in writing and verbally case summary, resolution and add to Knowledge Management System (KMS).
• Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
• Represent the company in a face to face customer location visit, industry conference/trade show, vendor meeting, etc.
• Engage team members for support as required to ensure internal or external business and end user SLA demands are met.
• Primary working place in HPE Bratislava, Slovakia main office /hybrid model applied

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree completed in the last/in this year (preferably in Engineering/Computer Science/IT)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Slovak and English
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices.
• Any Experience with any provider Server or Storage or SAN hardware from real support delivery & complex issue troubleshooting is an advantage
• Any Experience with VMware or Linux or Microsoft Server OS usage/troubleshooting/admin is welcome and an advantage
• Customer oriented attitude
• Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) tea

What we’d prefer you bring:

• Experience with case management databases and tools.
• Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.
• Good/excellent communication skills in another European language

Minimum salary – 1 400,00 EUR/gross/month or more depending on experience and agreement
