We are looking now for Procurement Specialist to join our Bratislava team.


How you’ll make your mark:
• You will review shortages with Regional Service Providers (RSPs), root causes, recovery dates & drive action plans.
• You will monitor & review PO placement & receipts by RSPs.
• You will execute / ensure regional and ww site balancing.
• You will escalate shortages to suppliers or to global commodity leads (updates to Shortage Tracking and Reporting tool).
• You will monitor RSPs for adherence to buffer targets by sites.
• You will monitor material positioning for NPI & plan actions for readiness with RSPs.
• You will manage Supplier on time performance management against purchase orders..
• You will maintain optimal inventory levels.
• You will provide procurement support, focusing on multiple simple- to-complex, commodities, as well as specific technologies, to develop expertise.
• You will collaborate with internal and external partners (e.g., finance, backlog management) to meet business objectives and ensure control and compliance requirements across businesses.
• You will perform tasks as assigned and applies experience to align individual work with overall strategy using discretion and judgment.
• You will collaborate with teams to maintain and enhance the current operations and processes.
• You will execute process improvements.
• You will lead activities for less complex domains.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

About you:
• You have first level university degree or equivalent experience.
• You have 2-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain function.
• You have fluent English and local language.
• You are highly proficient with Excel.
• You have developed understanding of procurement processes.
• You have good business application skills, communication skills
