You will:
• be responsible for supply chain processes within EMEA Fulfilment Backlog management operations, focusing on backlog data accuracy and major KPIs
• produce reports using IT systems and analyses data to develop trends for supply and demand activities; articulates findings to management.
• analyse of backlog management related to distressed orders, order recommits, order commit precision, etc.
• review performance metrics on a regular basis, identify opportunities for improvement.
• research and analyse priority projects within established guidelines.
• may provide training or general direction for junior staff members.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

About you:
• you have first level university degree or equivalent experience
• you have typically 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain function.
• you demonstrate understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
• you have strong analytical and data modelling skills.
• you have strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and Slovak language.
• you have strong interpersonal skills.
• you have developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation.
• you have developing Project Management Skills.
• you have proficient understanding of the company's overall supply chain strategy.
• you have understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Available To Promise (ATP).
• you demonstrate leadership skills.
