This HPE Master Data Management Solution lead position is critical to support HPE Material Master Centre of Excellence. One of the major responsibility is to govern S4 Material Master data field values and management of order fall-out resolutions related to Material Master by collaborating with various functions like Sales Operations, Order Management& Care, Fulfillment, Procurement, Planning, Finance and Product Engineering, etc .

You will:
• Understand customer order flows within various systems and ensuring timely fall-out resolutions. Enable accurate order processing.
• Analyse the failure trend, root cause analysis and preventive action plans.
• SFDC Queue Management: Monitor & control. Triage of Tickets & assign to respective work groups.
• Track issues and resolutions by coordinating with various work streams.
• Escalation management, Metrics and reporting.
• Lead Issue resolution daily Meetings, and/or semi-daily or weekly meetings
• Manage Processes, tools, training and documentations
• Identify opportunities to bring in efficiencies and enable solutions in a proactive manner.
• Coordinates extension and validation of material master data to plants (sales offices, plants, organizations, etc.)
• Represent PDM/MDM function in Master Data council / forums and driving the policies, standards, governance structure etc.
• Provide domain-specific expertise and overall product engineering leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
• Drive innovation and integration of new technologies. Quality initiatives into projects and activities in the engineering organization.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

About you:
• You have strong IT Product knowledge to manage Material Master, Bill of Material, Engineering changes, Product Lifecycle ,
• You have knowledge in Supply Chain function, Sales Operation and Order Management.
• You have ability to effectively communicate with business functions in understanding the end-to-end order flow and investigating the root cause of failure and providing corrective & preventive actions.
• You have extensive experience with using engineering tools and software packages to design, test and evaluate products for automations.
• You have Program Management skills to coordinate with governance teams
• You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Your English is fluent
• Graduated in Engineering, Information technology, electronics engineering, Industrial engineering. Post graduate preferred
• You have approximately 8 years of Material master management experience in SAP environment, at least 2 years in S4.
• You should have worked in implementing SAP in supply chain functions
• You have Project management experience
