The Global Logistics organization, as part of the HPE Global Fulfilment Organisation, is counted as one of the largest in the world in terms of revenue, network, and spend.

Global Logistics provides a full portfolio of delivery services from White Glove used for complex solutions, through to parcel carrier services for small parts within the PointNext Organisation, and express services for expedited shipments. In addition, we manage the warehousing and Customs processes worldwide.

In this amazing role, you can make your mark by defining high-impact, long-term Logistics architecture strategies at the global, regional, and operational levels. You would manage strategic Logistics models that translate physical and financial flows into business processes, implementing new and revised business models into the company's business systems. Also, you will identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for improvement across all business units within the Global Logistics network. How you’ll make your mark:
• You will be independently developing solutions for projects, including managing complex issues, by applying in-depth logistics supply chain and industry knowledge.
• You'll consult /support logistics or supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provide findings resulting from project execution
• You will be part of the wider business process management, quality management systems team
• You will work with the operational teams to ensure that the implemented processes are having the expected results
• You will consult with business leaders on a wide range of Logistics /supply chain issues.
• You will support project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.

Personality requirements and skills

About you:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent and 10 years + of experience
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
• You have excellent team and Business Process Management skills including Black Belt or similar.
• You have an operational background, with experience in transportation, logistics, and warehousing. Customs knowledge would be advantageous.
• You have strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends.
• You have good analytical, statistics and problem-solving skills.
