In this role you will:

• Be the single point of contact for Sales Operations regarding configuration errors in the factory environment and provide solutions for technical problems and configuration support.
• Be responsible for solving ‘unbuildables’ in production and provide support on a variety of hardware and software platforms.
• Approve CLIC errors via FAN-Approval and be responsible for addressing wrong rule setting in the CLIC/WATSON database.
• Support cross-functional NPI-teams with a specific know-how of CLIC/WATSON.
• Ensure the goals, set in the Business Fundamentals, will be met.

How you'll make your mark:

• Process and Control Ownership, Subject matter expert
• Support Sales Operations in configuration related questions (unbuildables)
• Responsible for addressing wrong rule setting in CLIC/Watson Database
• Approve CLIC errors via FAN-Approval
• First contact person for configuration errors in the factory environment (unbuildables)
• Analyze orders which are unbuildable in production and take appropriate action
• Provide FAN-Approval statistic
• Participation during NPI phase: interface to NPI (PLC team) concerning product introduction
• Tasks cover both new product portfolio and EMR product portfolio

Key responsibilities:

• Define & control Key performance indicators
• Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and develops recommendations.
• Contributes to priority projects with complex analyses and assists in developing recommendations.
• Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business teams.
• Ensure the goals set in the Business Fundamentals are met.
• Produces reports using IT systems (SAP, CLIC, etc.) and manually collected data and analyzes data to develop trends on order cycle time and root causes of non-clean configurations; articulates findings to management; drives corrective actions
• Drive general process improvements
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the job content, act as Business consultant
• Leads and provides guidance, training and mentoring to less-experienced staff members
• Collaborate with PDM, NPI Engineering, Product Engineering, and other different stakeholders
• Supporting cross functional teams with bizz guidance, mainly Engineering, Sales Ops, SCOM
• Collaborates across countries within a region and also cross-regional
• Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations.

• SAP, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Watson, Clic
• Product know-how across the whole EG product portfolio and knowledge of the order guidelines that have to be adhered to for EG SC.
• Ability to explain configuration issues to non-technical persons.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP
• mastery in English and local language
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation
