Job description, responsibilities and duties

Administers & maintains sales operational systems & processes to provide content, data & information management in support of sales pursuits. Implements & configures sales tools, content management & tracking systems. Develops & manages catalog & web-based content, web pages & other online sources for storing and communicating information for sales and partners. Enters, updates and ensures accuracy of data in sales and client and partner relationship management systems; generates regular and ad hoc reports for account teams and leadership. Advises on improvements and enhancements for design of sales systems and tools.


Operations Management

•Responsible for the supervision of activities and resources needed to support the day-to-day operation and to achieve the business plan
•Applying specialized subject matter knowledge to solve moderately complex issues
•Responsible for overall team performance and achievement of SLAs
•Manage transitioning of business into team and implementation of account specific productivity improvement initiatives
•Manages administrative tasks to create and maintain an efficient work environment
•Metrics reporting & analysis of key improvement areas
•Manages operational escalations relating to poor metrics or internal/external customer complaints
•Drives Country / Sub-Region improvement plans for their Country / Sub-Region
•To drive up annuity performance (partnering with the TS business & Sales) & operational performance levels (renewal/ conversion)
•Runs local Quality and TCE management activities
•Works with the process managers to solve process issues and works actively with Sales and business on their process or operational feedback.
•Accountable for ensuring adherence to compliance, standard process and procedures at all times.
•Responsible for driving mitigation plan for Business Control Audits.


People Management

•Supervises a group of employees who are responsible for account management of service contracts.
•Responsible for succession planning, employee career development, compensation, performance goals, monitoring and coaching, training, staffing and new hire development.
•Develop work force and skills to meet current and future business requirements.
•Drive Knowledge Management framework for their Country / Sub-Region
•Identification of training requirements and co-ordination with Business Process Analyst to establish a plan and implement and participate in Recruiting and Selection process​

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Education and Experience Required:

•Typically requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 4-6 years related experience and project or team management experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

•Fluent English

•Demonstrate some in-depth knowledge of corporate organization and policies.
•Demonstrate business, technical or functional knowledge at the mastery level.
•Demonstrate administrative or operations knowledge.
