Accounts Receivable /Účtovník pohľadávok/

*Daily allocation of received payments with invoices, credit/debit notes, responsibility for customers aging balance
*Responsible for accurate weekly cash flow forecast reporting and final aging reports
*Monitor and manage own aging report, maintaining aged debtor levels to required targets
*Communication with the customers on daily basis in accordance with outstanding invoices, payments and account statements
*Working closely with internal teams- logistic, quality and project department regarding all payments discrepancies
*Monthly stock take processing
*Responsible for accounting of business foreign trips , VISA cards, cash desk, income and outcome warehouse receipts, cash desk
*Customs documents recording
*Participation in the annual audits and monthly closures
*Other requirements assigned by your manager
