Travel Agency Internship - English

We offer an internship in a dynamic and growing tour company with divers responsibilities in attractive travel industry.

We look for a person who is among top students in her/his year and who wants to collect valuable work experience at a real-life job.

Responsibilities:
• Getting familiar with our products and services and the target audience.
• Writing and editing engaging text content (in English) including, but not limited to our product and services information, testimonials and sales support materials.
• Paying attention to language consistency, spelling, grammar, voice & tone, as well as accuracy of text content.
• Researching and familiarising with our products and services, the target audience and competitors activities.
• Updating our social and digital media.
• Processing of client's reservation requests (in English), mainly by email.
• Preparation of tour itineraries in Microsoft Excel based on client's requirements and available products.
• Working with the product database.
• Administrative work (printing, copying, scanning, office supplies purchase).
• Working closely with the Managing Director on priorities of the current and future projects.

Home-office for most working hours (applies after probation period).
