Lead and actively support the establishment and further development of key areas such as:
• Standardized job roles and work grades implementation
• Corresponding remuneration package definition and implementation
• Training and development plan establishment and management for both professional and soft skills of our teams
• Comprehensive HR data reporting implementation
Support the smooth integration of new team members and teams into local and international organization.
Drive the long-term HR agenda development and implementation of the company.
