General Supervisor

esponsible for achieving quality objectives
• Take steps to ensure quality and control of production;
• Leads meetings to analyze the causes of nonconformities, determining corrective and preventive action plan;
• Responsible for achieving efficiency, productivity and MPS;
• Coordinates the work of a module;
• Responsible for inter-operational planning in the module;
Contributes to training subordinates in the field of quality system and OSH management system;
• Observes the duties and responsibilities regarding work and environmental protection specified

Qualifications:
• Studies - secondary school or university with technical orientation
• experience in coordinating a team or project in automotive production, good communicator, knowledge of quality, safety and environmental system requirements, capacity to make decisions
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, SMED, TPM, Escalation process and rest automotive standards
• English language
• At least two years experience in a similar position
