Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR team in Elster - Honeywell company located in Stara Tura.
As HR Generalist you will support the management team in an international corporate organization as well as our employees. You will be a partner to local and off site managers in staffing, on- boarding, training & development, performance and talent management processes.
As a member of our HR team you will
* Work on various HR projects.
* Manage key HR functions in coordination and execution of Staffing activities, Training & Development, Talent Management and Compensation & Benefits
* Support local leadership team in organizational design, performance management and succession planning
* Ensure implementation of HR strategy and procedures
* Manage internal communication and employee relations, resolve issues and complaints
* Cooperate with managers on design and implementation of the new development programs, trainings and completion of training plans based on the competency roadmaps
* Coach / Train / Advise managers in HR processes and people management
* Drive Performance management process and standards
* Partner to Production, Quality functions and IT in implementation of different functional processes.
Personality requirements and skills of the succesful candidate
* Master degree in HR or related area is an advantage
* Relevant experience in HR function ( HR Generalist or HR Business partner preferred )
* Advanced level of English and excellent Slovak
* Become a strong and respected partner to leaders
* Proactive approach and customer oriented mindset
* Analytical and problem solving skills
* Collaborative and team work mindset
* Good knowledge of labor code and legislative requirements
* Strong PC Skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
