Job description, responsibilities and duties
Reporting directly to the Sourcing Leader. This position is responsible for site-related sourcing activities for direct and indirect materials in Partizanske.
Main responsibilities:
*Sourcing for new suppliers - evaluation, development, negotiation of conditions for multiply sites.
*Project management.
*Cost improvements.
*Ensuring continuity of supply chain.
*Working closely with Marketing, R&D, ISC, Quality and Sourcing Teams in order to develop synergies, meet market expectation, business growth and profitability.
We are searching for 2 Buyers - one for Fall protection department and other one for Footwear department.

*Demonstrated negotiation skills, able to carry out successfully high level negotiations with both large and small suppliers.
*Understanding of operations management and supply chain processes and principles within an organization.
*Experience with JIT, Kanban, pull systems, Consignment programs / 3rd party managed inventory preferred.
*Experience of 6 Sigma tools and techniques highly advantageous.
*Basic understanding of legal/contractual agreements.
*Technical understanding.
