Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Supporting the business and cooperation with business and other HR support function leaders.
Active engagement in staffing, organizational development and talent management, support recruitment and selection process
Active participation in HR projects
Actively drive organization culture
Work with the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver on compensation, organizational development, and workforce planning strategies to address the current and future needs of the business
Coach managers on optimal workforce utilization, talent management and succession planning, and performance differentiation
Ensure implementation of HR strategy and procedures in alignment with business objectives / requirements. Regular follow up on action plan and goal status
Train / Advise managers in HR processes and people management
Providing regular and ad-hoc reports

Personality requirements and skills

Fluent knowledge of English in words and writing, daily communication with foreign countries
Completed university education in the field of human resources / personnel management / finance
3 years of experience in HR
Knowledge of SAP and People Soft database systems a great advantage
Knowledge in the Labor Code
Advanced user of MS Office
Independence, very good communication and organizational skills

This position is filled for a definite period as a substitute for maternity leave - 3 years
