Overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is finally determined after the personal interview and depends on the seniority level and previous experience of the candidate.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you have passion for procurement, purchase orders & end to end scheduling agreement management? As our Procurement Support Specialist you will join the Procurement team dedicated to support our stakeholders from the country with different procurement activities. This role ensures the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of services provided combined with communication in Dutch!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of provided services for the Procurement Hub team, such as purchase documents creation / update, follow up and monitoring, communication with the requesters in Dutch language, procurement related reporting and more, according to the defined scope and standards
• Creation and modification of scheduling agreements, SAP contracts and verification and analysis of data following internal rules
• Cooperating with other streams in EBS, active participation in team internal training and providing support for other team members, and cooperation on creating a backup strategy for all activities
• Driving maintenance of all Procurement processes manuals and business rules, resulting from daily interactions between local organizations and EBS center
• Contributing to operational improvement initiatives within the team

Personality requirements and skills

• University Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Administration and related fields
• English language B2 (mandatory)
Dutch language B2 (mandatory) & French language B2 (preferred)
• Understanding of the procurement process would be an asset
• Practical Procurement experience with some understanding of Purchasing flows: Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders, PO Monitoring, relation with Suppliers and Procurement Reporting would be an asset
• Experiences with an ERP tool would be an asset
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Solid communication skills
• Problem identification, comprehension and problem solving skills
• Willingness to learn
• Adaptability & flexibility
• Customer oriented approach
