Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Recruitment Specialist for our Shared Service Center, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the growth and efficiency of our SSC. You will work closely with hiring managers, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for various roles within the SSC.
• Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, attend and coordinate interviews, and facilitate the selection process in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Offer Management : Negotiate offers with selected candidates, considering internal equity and market trends. Collaborate with HR and other departments to facilitate pre-employment checks and paperwork.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
• Employer Branding and Talent Pipeline : Promote the company as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum of 2 yrs of experience in recruitment, preferably for SSC
• Education in Human Resources or related field (Psychology, Marketing and PR, Management, Administration) is a plus
• English AND German upper intermediate (B2)
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
• Very good communication skills and confident working at all levels in an organization
• A proactive and self-organized attitude to getting things done
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
