Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you like SAP and working with different databases? Come and join our Financial Reporting team in new project.

Your responsibilities in this role will be:
- Provide first level support for Financial Reporting helpdesk.
- Open / enhance incident in ticketing system and assign to respective specialist team.
- Investigate and analyze reported issues and troubleshoot issues to extend agreed with Financial Reporting team.
- Communication and coordination with users, Financial Reporting and IT specialist teams on issue resolution.
- Ensure closing of incident and documentation of issue resolution.
- Provide analysis and reports on reported incidents.
- Provide actionable tips or further cooperation with corporate functions in order to solve the problem.
- Provide analysis and reports on reported issues.

IT, Business Informatics

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Administrative and economic skills

Double-entry bookkeeping - basic

Computer skills - user

SAP - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- Knowledge of the accounting standards (IFRS) are an advantage
- Experience with SAP FC at least 2 years
- SAP BW or QlikView are an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in IT, accounting or controlling environment
- English - advanced
- Ability to travel
- Strong analytical thinking
- Ability to react promptly on issue raised
- Good time management and organization of own work
- Ability to focus on details
