Job description, responsibilities and duties

Established Shared Service Center in Košice is looking for a Robotic Process Automation Business Analyst to join our new Robotics Department. Working in LafargeHolcim European Business Services supports self initiative and an aptitude for technical and process improvements. As a RPA Business Analyst your responsibilities will be to:
- Be a Guardian of the end to end effectiveness and efficiency of the agreed solution. Liaison between business users and RPA Designers.
- Scope embraces all functional areas primary within EBS scope and secondary with End-to-End focus.
- Identify (sub-)processes best fit for piloting automation. Assist in process prioritization and selection. Assess RPA capability in identified process.
- Identify early risks and challenges for automation. Develop mitigation plans for each.
- Document business requirements and constraints.
- Participate in testing the solutions before migration to Production
- Identify additional candidate processes to be automated across the organization.
- Institutionalize a continuous improvement culture based on Lean Six Sigma methodology within the RPA function

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Required experience

Personality requirements and skills

Process Management
- Business process understanding (Operations)
- Creativity to identify, present, and deliver process improvements and efficiencies through technology delivery
- Strong understanding of process and process improvement methodologies
- Advantage: Experience in supporting a high volume, high performing, and financial transaction environments

Project Management
- PMP or other Project Management certification preferred
- Green Belt Certified
- Project management experience in preferably system integration and change management projects
