Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you ready for a new role working on EBS robotic process automation?
Get a sense of what awaits you in the role:

- As a RPA Business analyst, you will become a part of our RAPID team, which stands for Robotics, Automation, Process Improvement and Digitalization.
- In this role, you will be qualifying and quantifying automation opportunities through workshops with business stakeholders
- Interact with business stakeholders to conduct high-level assessments to support automation, apply process improvement methodologies and tools to improve efficiencies, reduce risk and/or increase standardization
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with Solution Architect and Development Coordinator to provide inputs for robotic process automation solutions
- Understand end-user requirements, make recommendations for solutions as needed, work with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and perform thorough testing
- Prepare and present analysis, methods and results to non-expert personnel, management team and technical experts throughout different projects and processes

Personality requirements and skills

You are a fit for this role if you have:

- Min. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and/or Computer Science
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in operations with specialization in Procure to Pay area (Accounts Payable, Procurement, Payments and/or Service Desk)
- Strong analytical mind and skills
- RPA Business analyst experience is a plus
- Ability to understand a business process based on a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as and automated solution
- Strong communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex technical matters in business terms
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Passion and curiosity for new technologies and solutions

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
