Job description, responsibilities and duties

Financial European Business Service´s located in Košice is looking for Specialist with Greek language for Accounts payable, Personnel administration and Customer Services departments.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Providing support for internal customers,
- Documenting tickets and responding to inbound messages in a professional manner,
- Resolve inbound inquiries of invoices to achieve proper resolution in prescribed
time frames,
- Participate in improvements of internal processes,
- Cooperation with other departments in EBS.

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and
Greek - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

- English advanced (min. B2 level)
- Greek language advance level in order to be able to communicate with customers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is an asset
- Experience in SSC/BSC is an asset
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Strong customer focus and communication skills are required
