ABOUT THE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:
Join our team as Executive assistant and support our executive leaders to handle all the executives´ administrative needs and thus help to ensure overall company´s efficiency.
We are looking for a proactive person who loves organizing and providing key support to keep the company running smoothly.

Main responsibilities and expectations:
- Administrative support of the board members.
- Coordination and management of the board members´ work schedules, organizing meetings using MS Outlook.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of company board members.
- Schedule and organize business trips.
- Prepare various records, meeting minutes, presentations, tables and graphs or documentation according to requirements. That means using MS OFFICE 365 Tools, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel a lot.
- Working in multilingual environment (SK, EN, DE) poses as a perfect opportunity to maintain your language skills at a high level.
- Working in internal systems (SharePoint, SAP).
- International Exchange with other Siemens locations in Europe.
