- Develop, implement, maintain, and innovate HR processes and policies across the
- Integrate HR processes and policies with local and global systems to ensure
- Manage and maintain HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, performance management,
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements to increase
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for HR
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR data is accurate and timely
- Serve as the first point of contact for all HR process and system-related questions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to HR
