The overall target of the position:
Our organization is seeking an experienced HR Processes and Systems Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, updating, improving, integrating, and innovating HR processes and IT systems.
If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Professional with a passion for process improvement and technology, and would like to serve as the first point of contact for all HR process and system-related questions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, maintain, and innovate HR processes and policies across the
organization
  • Integrate HR processes and policies with local and global systems to ensure
consistency and compliance
  • Manage and maintain HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, performance management,
and learning management systems
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements to increase
efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for HR
processes and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR data is accurate and timely
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR process and system-related questions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to HR
processes and systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
